To ensure that you are informed of our policies, we have established a refund policy that outlines our terms and conditions. Our main objective is to provide you with the best possible experience, and we are committed to ensuring that our refund policy is fair and transparent.
1. No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
2. If a service is cancelled 48 hours or more after the scheduled date, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. As per our cancellation policy, we would like to inform you that a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged on the scheduled service date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. However, we kindly request that you inform us at the earliest possible convenience should you need to cancel your booking.
We take our services very seriously and strive to provide the best experience possible to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team does everything impossible to solve your problem and solve your problem as soon as possible.
In the event that a refund is applicable, we will process it promptly within 7 working days from the date of your request. We value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.
